I have seen a lot of questions about Packet Radio access on Internet.
I have one experiance : Via WB7TPY.

It's possible to send a message to a Internet user trough the gate
WB7TPY. There is one condition : the Internet user must also be a
radio-amateur !!! 

How it works :

send your message to : gate@wb7tpy.az.usa.na
first line : Internet: user@host.domain

Your message must contain the line : hiscall de mycall

example : ON7TH send a message to my Internet adres, witch is benl@lhs.be

Title     : what ever you want
1st line  : Internet: benl@lhs.be
2nd line  : ON1ALD DE ON7TH
text      : blablabla

From Internet you can also send messages to The Packet Radio network,
buth they will only be forwarded in the USA and Canada, not to Europe.

1st line : Packet: callsign@bbs.domain
