Compact Flash Tools
This CDROM contains two simple commandline tools to
handle copying image files onto a CF card, and/or
to copy the currents of a CF card to an image file
for backup.
Binaries (for Windows) and their documentation can
be found in the Tools folder.
Also provided are two images that can be copied to
a standard 4GB CF card:
centos_4gb CentOS Linux V5.5 4GB image.
fat32_4gb Empty (factory-standard) 4GB image.
You can reset your CF card by copying the "fat32"
image to it. If you want to quickly install Linux
onto the card, you can copy the "centos" image to
it.
The Linux system uses "alix" (without the quotes)
as a root password. Don't forget to change this!!
